Progetto India,The Shelter - Christmas Gurgaon
CHRISTMAS 2004
Christmas in India is never an usual Christmas.
One year back has meant to share that day with the Mother Teresa's handicapped boys and a really very simple lunch of pulses and bread.
This year also we had a ver simple Christmas celebration making program as "The Shelter-Progetto India-Charitable Trust", for the indian poor children.
Thanks to so many friends who donated used toys and sweets, we could realize a distribution in a very poor village area. Finally we distributed gift to about hundred children. They were very happy, of course!
The program took place at noon, right in the lunch time and so we resolved in that way the Christmas lunch matter. What a better way to celebrate the Christmas day?
Giving thanks to all our friends that with their generosity helped us to realize this program, we want to remember in these days the terrible tragedy killed thousends people in Asia touching also the indian coast......a prayer for everybody
